Field Limit & Registration:

The 125 rider limit is for the combined field in a race.  Registration will close once the limit has been reached by any combination of classes within the field. USA Cycling license required. BikeReg charges a fee for each registration. Classes designated “Masters” are open to Men and Women. Minimum Racing Age and categories quoted are for Men; minimum Racing Age and categories for Women will differ.

One-Day License:

One-day licenses can be purchased for $10 on race day; please note "one day" under license area when you register online if you will need one. Only Cat-5 categorized races can use “one day” licenses. NOTE: If you have ever held a USA Cycling license, you are ineligible to race on a "one day" license.

Registration Time & Fees:

There will be a $10.00 day-of-registration fee, except for juniors. We will waive the day-of fee if you're registering for a second (or third) race on the day. Racing age for all categories is based upon the rider’s age on Dec. 31st, 2018. Onsite registration opens at 7:15 AM and closes 30 minutes before each race. Any current National Cyclocross Champions shall be granted a free entry but must wear their national jersey in the class which it was won. $20 for second (or third) race entered. No day-of fee for second (or third) race.

Starting Grid:

Because we are not affiliated with any series, we will use CrossResults.com for assigning bib numbers to racers except for beginner classes which will be assigned based on registration sign-up date/time. Promoter reserves the right to reserve spots in the fourth row for promoter discretion call-ups.

Staging: Riders shall be staged by the rider's assigned bib number.  Racers registering the day of the race will be assigned remaining bib numbers on a first come, first served basis at the end of the group.  All riders will line up in the order of their numbers, filling gaps as allowed by the officials/callers.  Staging will fill the start grid as specified in the USAC rulebook start grid. 

ALL RIDERS MUST ASSEMBLE IN THE PRE STAGING CHUTE 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE START AND WILL BE CALLED 8 AT A TIME ONTO THE STARTING GRID! If you are not present when your number is called, you will be staged by the Officials in the row being staged at the time (i.e. at the back of the group as staged)

Medical/First Aid:

There will be EMT available.  First aid will be available at the registration shelter.

Prizes & Purse:

Promoter reserves the right to increase total prize purse as race day gets closer.
